MASS
Mass is celebrated at 12.30pm Monday to Saturday at St George’s Cathedral. For those who have time why not come back to campus to eat lunch together in LH-017.
FIRST SUNDAYS
On the first Sunday of every month, the 6pm Mass at St George’s Cathedral is a Young Adults Mass and there is the opportunity to meet other afterwards over refreshments. If you are living in LSBU Accommodation, get in touch.

CATECHESIS (LEARNING ABOUT THE CATHOLIC FAITH)
Each year Sr Anouska offers the possibility for staff and students who are interested to prepare for the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Communion. If you are interested in this opportunity, do please get in touch.
LEARNING TO PRAY
Contact Sr Anouska if you are wanting to know more about different ways of praying. There are so many ways, it’s a great way to connect and go deeper with your faith. the sessions will take place in person but day and time can be decided depending on what suits you, so do get in touch.
ONE TO ONE APPOINTMENTS
In the academic year 2024/25, Sr Anouska will be available to meet on campus on a Tuesday and available on Teams on a Monday and Wednesday during term time. To arrange a one to one meeting with her, please email. Whilst working part time, she will get back to you as soon as she is able.
SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Having someone to talk to about your prayer and your faith life can be a really helpful experience. Sr Anouska is a trained Spiritual Director and is able to meet with staff and students who would like to find out more about this, and explore whether it would be something they would be interested in for themselves. To express your interest in spiritual direction with Sr Anouska please email her.
